I can't access the comic maker!

Are you or your students unable to start new projects? Here are a few reasons why that could be happening.

  1. The Starter Plan has reached the limit.
    The Starter Plan has a limit of 40 comics and 30 days, if you've reached the limit please consider upgrading to a subscription following the instructions in this article: How To Change or Upgrade Your Subscription.

  2. You've upgraded and the content is still not accessible.
    Please log out, refresh then log back in as the website needs to be refreshed after a subscription has been purchased to show the changes on the account. If the issue persists, please send us an email at , making sure to include the email address that’s associated with your account and the problem you’re encountering, or fill out the Contact Form.

     

  3. My Educator account turned into a Solo Student account!
    If you're a teacher and had an Educator account turn into a Solo Student account please email support@pixton.com including the email address associated with the account or fill out the Contact Form.

  4. My class is archived!
    You can reactivate it following the instructions in this article: How to Archive or Reactivate a Classroom.
