What Happened to the "Old" Pixton?
Old Pixton (the one with the long, slender characters and broad interface for advanced users) is very near and dear to the hearts of senior team members on the Pixton staff. It was built in 2008 using technology that has since been deprecated by modern software developers. Old Pixton was officially retired at the end of 2020. The makers of Pixton used this evolution in technology as an opportunity to develop a new visual storytelling product with a broader audience in mind.
Can I recover my account and comics from the "Old" Pixton?
Unfortunately it is not possible to log into or recover accounts or comics created in Classic Pixton, old Pixton was officially retired at the end of 2020.
