Using Comics to Develop Story Maps and Customer JourneysImage shows a three panel comic describing a customer's journey.

Create a scenario depicting a problem or concern your customer may have. Try and write out the most realistic interaction you could see them having. Use captions to add more detail or to describe the setting of the scene. When you're done, you should have a comic that anyone on the product team can reference when they want to understand the problem they're developing a solution for.
