If your join link is not working, it may be one of the following three reasons:1. You’re a teacher trying to join your own group. If you want to see what your students will see, try using a different email address to join as a student. If other teachers are using Pixton please ensure they have completely logged out and clear the browser's cache.
2. You’ve signed up as a teacher and there are one or more students under you. If you really are a teacher, see #1 above. If you’re really a student, remove any student accounts first and then try again.
3. You’ve made a purchase. If you’ve upgraded, you won’t be able to join a teacher’s group.
