      How to Create Remixable Comics

      How to create a comic template and share it with your students for editing.

      For Educators Only

       

      1. If you set up your class using the email login option.
      2. If you set up your class using the username login option.

       

       

       

       


      If you set up your class using the email login option:
      1. Click on the Share button of the comic you'd like to remix.
      2. Click on Allow Remixing on top right.
      3. Share comic link with students.
      4. Students should click on Remix This Comic.
      5. Login and the comic should appear in the student's Dashboard. Click Edit button to begin editing comic.

      Hi there, would you like to know how you can allow a student to edit your comic? I can help!Please note, this feature is only available if you have an active subscription.To start, enter the Share your comic options by clicking on the Share button below the comic in My Comics tab then click share on the top right.Click Allow Remixing at the top of the page. Once you click on it there will be a green check-mark in front of it.Next, share the comic link with your students.Once the students click on the comic link you've shared with them they can scroll to the bottom of the page and they will see a button Remix This Comic, click on this button.Then the students will be prompted to login using their emails. If your class is set up with usernames please see the appropriate instructions for the usernames option.After the student logs in, the comic should appear in the My Comics tab. Click the Edit button to start editing the comic.

      If you set up your class using the usernames login option:
      1. Click on the Share button of the comic you'd like to remix.
      2. Click on Allow Remixing on top right.
      3. Ask students to Login before opening the comic link.
      3. Share comic link with students.
      4. Students should click on Remix This Comic.
      5. Comic should appear in their dashboard, click the Edit button to begin editing comic.
