How To Add a Character to Your Comic

  1. First, add a Background.
  2. Click on the Character button on the left hand side menu.
  3. Choose between Custom, Real, Literary or Basic characters.
  4. Follow the instructions.

First, add a background. Then, click on the Characters button on the left hand side menu.On the left hand side menu you can choose what type of character you want to add.Real people and Literary Characters are pre-made characters from content packs.Basic characters are outfits you can customize such as Age, Gender, Body Type, Skin tone, hair color and style. Click on the Browse all button to see more options and edit.After clicking Browse All, you can select an option from the suggested categories or add a keyword in the search bar.Below the search bar you can change the basic features of your character.Once you click on an outfit it should come up on the panel. If it's a basic character you'll still have to edit some of the character's features.To continue editing the character just select it and choose the options on the left hand side menu.

To add a character to your panel:

  1. Click the Characters tab.
  2. Click Add Person or Add Toon.
  3. Choose Custom, Real, Literary or Basic.
  4. Follow the instructions.

To add a Character to your comic, click on the Characters tab then choose Add Person or Add Toon.Then choose Basic, Real, Literary or Custom options.If you choose the Basic option, start by selecting an outfit.You'll see all of the options for a character with that outfit. Select the one you'd like.Once you pick an options the character will come up on the panel as a blank canvas.Choose Skin tone, Hair color and Hair style to finish your character.Click the Real tab to browse characters based on real people.Select the Literary tab to see characters based on book characters.If you choose the Custom character option you should see a screen showing your custom character that you've already created. Click on the New Character button to create a new one.You should see the Custom Character maker now. Choose the options for your Custom Character. A reduced version of the Custom Character aker is what you should see by default. To check out the other categories click on the red button in the middle and then click on the toggle button at the top left.Your new custom character will appear in the Custom tab. Click on the Character to add them to your comic.
