Use Comics to Communicate Change in Organizations

One of the hardest aspects of making a change in large organizations is effectively communicating the changes. There are a lot of competing messages from internal and external sources. So how do you get people to pay attention, understand and take action? Instead of a long text-based email message or post to the company intranet, make a comic summarizing the message you want to get across. Ease people into the change, comics make change less threatening and will increase readership.
